ABOUT US: It was the fall of 1962 on Cape Cod. There was a group of 15 guys spending the summer in Marstons Mills. On the last weekend in September we celebrated the end of summer with a clambake party, which was the first clambake I had ever attended. One of the men organized the clambake by bringing all the food and a stainless steel barrel. We loaded the barrel with lobsters, clams, corn, potatoes and knockwurst and lit the fire. After cooking for hours we had a feast. Years later, remembering that great time, I decided to have a clambake for the family. I designed stainless steel steamkettles and had them custom fabricated. Through those family gatherings it grew into small clambakes for organizations, parties and companies. Every two or three years I would have more kettles fabricated and now have the capacity for serving thousands of guests. We are now a full service clambake company with a variety of menus, equipment and rentals.
